## Description

We are seeking skilled project managers for our power electronics & emotor team to join our dynamic team located in Valladolid. If you are a project manager with power electronics and/or emotor background with a passion for hybrid vehicle technology, hands-on experience, and a desire to contribute to the evolution of sustainable transportation, we encourage you to apply.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and customer Design System and suggesting optimizations. You will also ensure the robustness of the product / process design, provide technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysis, commodity buyers, etc, guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables, lead Supplier convergency for development & industrialization, suggesting technical solutions, signing of plans by team leader delegation, synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM), quality documentation, quality and planning of tooling go ahead, initiate technical documentation, managing lup resolution.

We are looking for engineers with different levels of experience: junior level, specialist level, and senior level. Background in power electronics, e-motors, and languages such as Spanish and English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable. Availability to travel frequently (10% time) to the clients' facilities is required.
