## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to accelerate acceptance growth through direct merchant acquisition within target verticals in Mexico. You will build a robust sales pipeline, engage high-value enterprise merchants, and execute commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotels, restaurants, retail, and airlines, as well as deep payments industry expertise and commercial networks to unlock target accounts.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify leads, develop proposals, and negotiate agreements with Mexico merchants

- Create innovative business cases to win new merchant acceptance deals

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and identify new sales opportunities

- Develop strong relationships to maintain and grow account relationships

- Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences

Basic qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 8 years of experience in payments industry sales, business development, or related fields

- Intermediate to advanced English fluency

Preferred qualifications:

- At least 9 years of experience in business development within FinTech or payment networks

- Experience with technical payment emerging capabilities

- Track record of independently closing enterprise-level merchant deals in Mexico

Travel: Up to 50% within Mexico.
