## Description

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Product Quality Team in Santa Ana. This role will focus on ensuring the quality of incoming materials, inspecting non-conforming parts, and proposing measures to correct or improve the inspection process.

The Quality Specialist will be responsible for managing the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process, inspecting non-conforming parts, and partnering with Site Supplier Quality Engineering Organization to support Supplier Quality Control. They will also assist in the root cause analysis, dispositioning of non-conforming material, and ensuring data collection and entry is accurate and complete for the MRB process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in metrology inspection or quality role, possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance, and be proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software and inspection data management software. They will also have experience with calibrated equipment, knowledge of dimensioning and tolerancing, and the ability to analyze inspection results and provide feedback to production, manufacturing engineering, and quality engineering departments.

The salary range for this role is $47.11-$62.50 USD per hour.
