## Description

3M is seeking a General Operator candidate in Medina, Ohio.

The role involves producing and assembling products in the plant, operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production standards are met, finalizing products, and preparing them for shipping.

Responsibilities:

- Follow a daily production schedule under the direction of a supervisor

- Learn and run necessary equipment to perform tasks

- Perform quality checks and detect defects before moving products to the next operator

- Label products being shipped out of the facility according to production orders

Requirements:

- 18 years of age or older

- High School Diploma / GED or higher from an accredited institution

- Minimum six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
