## Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state and specialty standards.

Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.

- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, and ensure thorough and timely documentation.

- Administer prescribed medications, monitor for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in case of an unintended response.

- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating patient needs.

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.

**Qualifications:**

- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

- Trauma Care After Resuscitation must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.

- Registered Nurse (RN).

- Associate Degree.

- 1 year of experience required.
