## Description

At Flexdrive, we're revolutionizing transportation by building the operational backbone for autonomous vehicle (AV) fleets. We're seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to ensure our AV fleet maintains optimal readiness for 24/7 operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Vehicle Readiness & Preparation: Review and assess available AVs, execute pre-deployment safety checks and end-of-day diagnostics.

- Charging, Cleaning & Fleet Servicing: Maintain vehicle cleanliness, execute strategic charging activities, and perform basic preventative maintenance tasks.

- Data Management & Security: Execute secure data handling activities, ensure data compliance, and maintain device security.

- Calibration & Technical Operations: Conduct calibration activities, manual driving operations, and technical verification.

- Lot Management & Logistics: Manage lot operations, update vehicle status, and confirm completion of service and repairs.

- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols, maintain required qualifications, and report safety concerns.

**Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in automotive technology, logistics, or related field preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in automotive, fleet operations, logistics, or similar hands-on operational environment.

- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record.

- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
