## About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer on the Monetization Team at Twitch, you will lead design work at the program level, collaborate with senior partners, represent work to executive leadership, and guide junior designers.

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers.

- Conduct research with streamers and viewers to understand their needs and desires.

- Creatively solve problems to sustain streamers' communities.

- Contribute to the design community by using and improving existing patterns and approaches.

- Develop hypotheses about customer motivations using qualitative and quantitative data.

- Present work in design reviews and feedback sessions.

- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the team.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of practical experience in UX design, focusing on content discovery and engagement experiences.

- Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills, including mobile experience prototyping.

- Experience with AI tooling in design workflows.

- Background in streaming, broadcasting software, or creating user-generated content.

- Proven collaboration skills with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.

- Ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps.

- Strong aesthetic sense and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated empathy for users.

- Expertise with Figma.
