## Description

We are looking for an Assistant Gameplay Producer to join the EA SPORTS FC™ Online team at EA Korea Studio in Seoul, South Korea. As a Gameplay Producer, you will be responsible for setting the direction and developing gameplay features for the EA FC ONLINE series, analyzing and improving gameplay experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Set the direction and develop gameplay features for the EA FC ONLINE series

- Analyze and improve gameplay experiences, including regular analysis of live service games

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and data analysis teams to create a great gameplay experience

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis

Required Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of football and gaming experiences

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Drive

- Basic English reading and writing skills

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Business-level English communication and writing skills

- Experience playing FC or FC ONLINE in the past 2 years

- Experience working on gameplay-related projects for FC, FC ONLINE, or other football games

- Experience as a game developer, producer, or pro gamer
