## Description

Boeing Global Service is seeking an Apache Mechanical Technician - General to join the AH-64 Qatar Air Force Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) located at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.

The successful candidate will perform AH-64E aircraft maintenance tasks and air crew-member duties as required. Key responsibilities include:

- Performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions

- Removing and installing aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components

- Preparing aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks

- Diagnosing and solving problems with aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment

- Providing on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to QAF personnel

The ideal candidate will have:

- 6+ years of experience with the AH-64D or AH-64E aircraft

- 3+ years of experience with Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation (ULLS-A(E)) and Enhanced Logbook Automation System (ELAS) entries

- Successful completion of a U.S. Government armed forces aircraft maintenance course or civilian equivalent training

Preferred qualifications include:

- Possessing an Airframe and Powerplant license or equivalent

- Having Army Service School Instructor or civilian equivalent instructing experience

- Prior experience working in the Southwest Asia/desert region

This is a full-time, locally hired position in Al-Udeid, Qatar. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
