## Description

We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at The Sidings, Waterloo, SE1 7BH. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service to visitors and clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Interact with visitors and clients, providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service.

- Perform regular site patrols, monitor and control unauthorised access, and manage emergencies as per site policies.

- Work closely with the ABM Duty management team, ensuring that incidents are reported and managed efficiently.

- Log incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately.

- Collaborate with Environmental Services and other teams to provide unified service.

**Requirements:**

- Must hold an SIA License (Door supervisor's license minimum).

- First Aid certification.

- A CCTV license is desirable.

- Strong communication skills, professional, friendly, proactive, and a team player.

- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them with high standards.

- Security experience within the retail or similar environment (preferable).

- Must be able to meet the requirements of BS7858 vetting.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks.

- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

- Approachable and courteous manner.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role & the business.
