The Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Production Supervisors are resilient, detail-oriented, ambitious, and demonstrate high integrity.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements

- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts

- Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership

- Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience

- Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
