## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively to meet sales targets

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

Schedule: Part-time, flexible shifts including Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 14:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
