## Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at ABM UK in Oxford.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

- Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.

- Provide information on products and services.

- Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

**What We're Looking For**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
