## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Cross Border (Air) to join our team in Guangzhou, China.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and managing the operation of air freight transportation, including document review, communication with agents and customs brokers, and tracking shipment progress

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise

- Managing supplier relationships, including communication, cost management, and performance monitoring

- Assisting in the development and optimization of operational processes and systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or Logistics, or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in cross-border freight forwarding, preferably with experience in Southeast Asia

- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards

- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Salary: ¥9,000 - ¥12,000 per month
