We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to join our Partner and Supply Management team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for implementing our care concepts.

Your role: You will be the central contact person for our partners in the healthcare sector, supporting them from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing collaboration. You will ensure that requests are processed reliably, information is documented in a structured manner, and our partners receive binding support.

Your tasks:

- You will be the central contact person for our potential and existing partners in the healthcare sector – by phone, email, or digitally via our portal.

- You will acquire new service providers for existing care contracts and identify potential with existing contacts.

- You will coordinate inquiries, prepare documents, and follow up on processes reliably.

- You will support partners with onboarding and accompany them with questions about processes and billing.

- You will maintain data in our systems and ensure structured and transparent documentation.

- You will work closely with the team and ensure smooth operations.

- If necessary, you will also attend on-site appointments or events.

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

- Ideally, initial experience in customer contact, sales back-office, or service

- Enjoyment of communication with people and friendly, binding communication

- Service orientation and a good instinct for different contact partners

- Structured, reliable working style and organisational skills

- Interest in topics related to healthcare and digital processes

- Safe handling of MS Office

- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
