## Description

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Sales Finance team in the FP&A organization. As a trusted advisor to Sales and Finance leadership, you will deliver insights and provide recommendations for driving sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing company performance against core KPIs, identifying areas of potential risk and opportunities, building detailed empirical models from scratch, and communicating insights for an executive-level audience.

You will work closely with the Sales Strategy and Sales Operations teams to develop forecasts and business insights, and provide recommendations to Finance leadership. You will also be responsible for improving forecast reliability, enhancing corporate reporting, establishing processes, and scaling our systems to help grow the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment.

In terms of specific skills, you will need to have expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, be comfortable managing large datasets and driver-based models, and have prior experience using SQL or a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time position based in one of our US offices, and we offer a competitive salary range of $137,400-$189,000 USD, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including annual performance bonus, equity, and other perks.
