## Description

We are seeking a Stage Assistant to join our Operational Control and Welcome Pole team. As part of our Security, Safety, Welcome, Accreditation, Flow, and Operations department, you will contribute to the smooth running of our events.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Participate in updating and deploying operational tools on collaborative platforms

- Help prepare, disseminate, and track operational documentation for field teams

- Assist in designing training content and e-learning modules for welcome staff

- Contribute to planning and coordinating welcome teams by creating schedules and organising assignments based on event needs

- Support the pole in controlling and verifying the proper implementation of operational devices on site

- Provide operational support during events by participating in coordinating and animating track procedures

**Requirements:**

- Currently studying for a degree (BSc to MSc level) in Event Management or Sports Management

- Excellent writing skills

- Organised, rigorous, autonomous, and able to work in a team

- Proficient in office software

- Hold a valid driving licence (Category B)

- Available to start in January 2027 for a 6-month internship
