## Description

As a Talent & Resourcing Partner at Marks & Spencer, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless, engaging, and inclusive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth experience from initial brief to offer.

- Building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and People teams to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Proactively finding and engaging top talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, social media, and referrals.

- Providing hiring managers with valuable competitor insights, market intelligence, and recommendations to inform their hiring decisions.

- Continuously improving recruitment processes using data, technology, and insights to simplify processes, improve outcomes, and reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, with the confidence to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes.

- Excellent business partner management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships.

- A proactive approach to direct sourcing and talent attraction, with the ability to identify and engage talent through various channels.

- Strong commercial and market awareness, with the ability to use talent intelligence and competitor insights to influence recruitment decisions.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology, with a focus on maintaining accurate data and using systems effectively.
