## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking an Advanced Data Analyst to join the FC Data & Analytics team. The successful candidate will lead the Experimentation program for FC Premium Analytics and collaborate with data, production, and product management partners to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with production teams to define telemetry requirements

- Design and implement player-facing experimentation

- Write and maintain complex SQL and scripting workflows

- Build and maintain scalable dashboards

- Explore user behavioral patterns through experimentation

- Present analytical findings to stakeholders

- Act as a subject-matter expert in experimentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

- 5+ years of technical experience in data analytics

- Expert knowledge in leading an experimentation function for a live product

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization software

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
