We seek a Business Development Representative to join our team in Sydney. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and helping potential customers build, enhance, or transform their customer engagement offering.

**Responsibilities:**

- Research accounts and develop a communication plan to generate new business opportunities

- Identify target accounts and develop email and phone campaigns

- Engage C-suite prospects and demonstrate the value of Braze

- Qualify early-stage deals and manage your own meetings

- Bring in other internal stakeholders as needed

**Requirements:**
