## Description

Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for large customers. The GTM Engineer role involves building automations, custom internal applications, and AI-native workflows to power Go-To-Market operations.

The ideal candidate will act as a hands-on technical builder, leveraging AI coding assistants and LLMs to solve process bottlenecks and improve commercial team workflows. Responsibilities include:

- Custom Web Apps & Internal Tooling: Building lightweight, custom web applications and internal tools to improve user experience and efficiency for commercial teams.

- AI & Systems Integration: Developing integrations between GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs using REST APIs, webhooks, and modern automation platforms.

- Automation Development: Building, deploying, and maintaining reliable automated workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve productivity.

- Tool Innovation & Ownership: Owning selected GTM tools end-to-end, automating routine maintenance and configuration, and focusing on technical roadmaps and new AI-driven capabilities.

- Data Quality & Reliability: Monitoring and improving data consistency across systems, identifying issues early, and implementing sustainable solutions.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving complex issues across integrations, workflows, data pipelines, and custom applications.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.

- Proven ability to use AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

- Foundational understanding of Python and basic web technologies like HTML and JavaScript.

- At least 5 years of experience in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, software engineering, or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration or automation platforms.

- Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, Calendly, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, or equivalent platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward building scalable solutions.

- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $169,000-$222,000.
