## Description

We're hiring an Enterprise PM to own the product experience for businesses using ElevenCreative, which helps creators and marketers generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

You will own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative, and use every lever available to move them. This includes developing admin, permissioning, and governance features large organizations need to deploy ElevenCreative across teams, as well as building enterprise products like Ads Engine.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Owning enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative

- Scoping and defining big bets for enterprise, from discovery through launch and adoption

- Building admin and governance layers, including role-based permissions and usage controls

- Partnering with engineering to scope and ship enterprise products

- Working with sales to triage feature requests and deal blockers

- Joining customer conversations to understand how enterprise teams evaluate, buy, and roll out creative tooling

- Defining success metrics for enterprise features and tracking adoption

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience, with recent experience owning enterprise or B2B product

- A track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes

- Experience shipping enterprise capabilities such as admin, permissions, billing, or security

- Deep familiarity with creative, marketing, and media teams

- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets

- Experience working directly with sales and customers

- Design-minded with a high bar for product quality

- Technical fluency to work with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs
