## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Healthcare Data Validation Specialist. You will be responsible for maintaining reference data related to healthcare organizations and prescribers, performing research to validate data accuracy, and conducting outbound phone verifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Complete maintenance of reference data essential for US Production

- Perform research using internet searches, phone verifications, and database matches to gather information from third parties

- Conduct outbound phone verifications to validate accuracy of reference data and capture required details

- Perform ad hoc data analysis and participate in process improvements

- Validate information gathered from third-party sources to ensure accuracy and updates to the database

**Requirements:**

- 2 years of experience in handling voice and healthcare accounts

- College undergraduates with BPO experience are welcome to apply

- Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word)

- Strong verbal and/or written communication skills in English or the language of the country supplied

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work night shifts and attend onsite training in McKinley, Taguig
