## Description

At Anchorage Digital, you will be implementing front office and back office trading systems used by institutional investors to trade, invest, and exchange cryptocurrency assets.

The crypto industry is constantly changing, and Anchorage Digital is building foundational technology to help it evolve in a safe, regulated, and highly secure manner.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance of trading systems

- Use knowledge of trading systems to influence technical direction and advocate for improved processes or technology

- Dive deep into complex problems and formulate elegant solutions

- Review other developers' code to ensure consistency and reduce errors

- Drive iterative system improvement through robust instrumentation and metric collection

Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional experience with Go

- Experience with modern software development practices, including automated testing, cloud development, and database design

- Knowledge of financial asset trading systems and topics such as Order Execution Management Systems, FIX protocol, and derivatives

- Real-world experience building financial trading systems

- Passion for good software engineering design and implementation practices

Nice to have:

- GraphQL API design and implementation experience

- gRPC API design and implementation experience

- Background in the finance industry

- Experience working with digital asset trading
