## Description

Join a hotel within the Accor network, a leading hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of brands and properties.

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Novotel Providencia. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs and inspections of hotel machinery, refrigeration systems, pumps, generators, and telephone systems.

- Monitor and control hotel installations, including daily recording of water, gas, and energy consumption, inspection of fire safety systems, and support for the IT department.

- Manage external technicians, request and supervise their work, and maintain records of all maintenance tasks performed.

- Ensure strict adherence to environmental policies, health and safety protocols, and sustainable practices.

- Perform minor bricklaying and carpentry tasks as needed across various hotel areas.
