## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Scunthorpe Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a high-pressure environment, and drive sales growth.

Working Pattern:

- Saturday: 15:00-22:00

- Sunday: 13:30-20:30

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
