Job Title: Senior Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing and developing our purchasing processes, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the purchasing department and develop a clear career path to future purchasing leadership

- Manage SAP projects for central purchasing and maintain and control all purchasing data in SAP

- Optimize, digitalize, and continuously develop purchasing processes

- Be responsible for external purchasing and collaborate closely with suppliers

- Manage complex procurement processes, price comparisons, and negotiations

- Regularly create purchasing plans and plan the entire goods flow

- Ensure delivery security, including documentation and claims management

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in German and English, high level of initiative, and negotiation strength

- Several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing or a comparable function

- Completed commercial training (apprenticeship/FH/University), ideally with a technical background or focus on purchasing

- Good MS Office skills; safe handling of SAP is desirable

- Professional appearance, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial approach

Salary:

- Gross salary from €42,000.00 per year

- Overpayment will be offered based on qualifications and work experience
