## Description

We are looking for Runners to join our team at Soho House Copenhagen. Both full-time and on-call positions are available.

As a Runner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our service runs smoothly and creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. You'll work closely with our waiters, kitchen staff, and floor team to deliver food and drinks efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver food and drinks to members and guests efficiently and accurately.

- Support waiters and the wider floor team throughout service.

- Communicate closely with the kitchen and floor teams to maintain a smooth flow of service.

- Keep service stations and restaurant areas organised, clean, and ready for service.

- Develop your knowledge of our food, drinks, and service standards.

- Follow food safety, allergy, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

- Recognise where support is needed and help colleagues during busy periods.

- Contribute to a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and colleagues.

- Check bathrooms and back-of-house areas regularly.

- Assist in moving furniture and preparing for events.

Requirements:

- Comfortable working as part of a team and independently executing tasks.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Attentive and willing to support where needed.

- Interested in hospitality, food, and drink.

- Comfortable with the physical requirements of an active role.

- Available to work a combination of evenings, late nights, and weekends.

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
