## Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our team at Target. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics.

**Job Details:**

- Starting hourly rate: $22.80, with a pay range of $22.80 to $26.55 per hour

- Potential for additional compensation through shift differentials ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility

- Opportunity for pay growth based on tenure in the role

**Responsibilities:**

- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests

- Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests

- Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse

- Maintain a neat, clean, and organised work area

- Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time

- Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

**Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally

- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

- Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction

- Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation

- Ability to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency
