## Description

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Snowflake, specifically with Observe, a SaaS powerhouse now part of Snowflake. As an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of this expansion, identifying high-potential businesses and developing strong sales and product knowledge.

**Your Role:**

- Identify high-potential businesses in your region that would benefit from working with Observe

- Collaborate with the Sales team on inbound and outbound campaigns

- Develop strong sales and product knowledge

- Interact with engineering decision-makers via telephone, LinkedIn, and email

- Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce

- Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team

- Nurture early-phase opportunities for future pipeline potential

- Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas

- Build strong relationships with the marketing team and Account Executives

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in sales or sales development

- Fluency in spoken and written English and German

- Self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals

- Outstanding communication skills

- Strong character with a drive for success and high work ethic

- Ability to work independently or through coaching

- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and passion for cutting-edge technology
