## Description

We are seeking a Cost and Profitability Coordinator to oversee and analyse the cost structure of Ford Motor Venezuela's operations. The successful candidate will focus on controlling fixed costs, analysing profitability, and managing the financial aspects of the warranty area. This role requires technical-financial expertise and strategic thinking to support business decisions and pricing strategies.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Manage Fixed Costs:

- Supervise operational expense budgets.

- Analyse budget variances and propose resource optimisation strategies.

- Profit Analysis:

- Evaluate contribution margins by product line and model to inform commercial and pricing decisions.

- Warranty Control:

- Monitor and project warranty-related costs in coordination with Service and Quality teams.

- Internal Control and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and Ford Motor Company's internal policies.

- Reporting:

- Prepare monthly financial reports for local and regional management.

**Requirements:**

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- Desirable postgraduate degree in Finance or Management.

- Experience:

- Minimum 5-8 years in finance, preferably in manufacturing or the automotive sector.

- Languages:

- Advanced English language skills.

- Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis tools.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

- Competencies:

- Strategic thinking and business vision.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- High analytical ability and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure in complex economic environments.
