## Description

We are seeking a lawyer to join our Debt Capital Markets team, led by Dr. Julian Fischer. The team advises clients on banking and capital markets law, focusing on structured financing, refinancing of asset investments, and restructuring solutions. You will work with a dynamic team to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on debt capital markets transactions

- Working on structured financing and refinancing of asset investments

- Assisting with restructuring and workout solutions for distressed financings

- Collaborating with colleagues on M&A transactions and regulatory matters

Requirements:

- Two satisfactory legal state exams

- Good English language skills

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Interest in complex legal work and negotiations

- Ability to work well in a team

- Familiarity with new technologies in cyber security and digital finance is desirable
