## Description

As a Connectivity In-Vehicle Communication Expert, you will support OEMs and suppliers in the conception, evaluation, and further development of modern vehicle internal communication architectures in the context of Software-Defined Vehicle. You will act as a technical sparring partner for our customers and combine deep understanding of onboard networks with conceptual strength - from E/E architecture to secure integration of complex communication systems in the vehicle.

Your tasks will include:

- Conception, evaluation, and further development of onboard communication architectures in modern E/E and zonal vehicle architectures

- Design and integration of vehicle internal networks based on Automotive Ethernet, CAN/CAN FD, LIN, and service-oriented communication concepts

- Development of transport, routing, and middleware concepts within the vehicle in conjunction with bus systems and IP-based communication

- Analysis, validation, and fault diagnosis of onboard communication in the context of integration, testing, and vehicle assembly

- Consideration of cybersecurity, synchronization, and QoS requirements in vehicle internal communication concepts

- Technical sparring for project teams, customers, and partners as well as support for technology decisions and SDV roadmaps

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Communications or Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Informatics, Electrical or Vehicle Engineering, or a comparable technical field

- At least 1 year of professional experience

- Passion for vehicle internal communication systems, modern E/E and zonal architectures, and technological development of networked vehicles in the context of Software-Defined Vehicle

- Expertise in vehicle onboard networks, particularly Automotive Ethernet, CAN/CAN FD, LIN, and SOME/IP, as well as transport, routing, and application layers

- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, QoS, and synchronization mechanisms and experience with AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive or SDV approaches is an advantage

- Your work style is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented and you understand how to convey complex technical relationships in a clear and target-oriented manner - both to development teams and to customers and management
