As a Cyber Review Manager, you will lead and oversee cyber incident review operations, ensuring high-quality review outcomes, operational excellence, and compliance with client, legal, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee cyber security reviews to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols.

- Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Manage data privacy and ensure the protection of sensitive information.

- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement security measures and protocols.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security-related issues.

- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding cyber security.

- Develop and implement security information and event management (SIEM) processes.

- Ensure compliance with cyber security governance and information security standards.

- Provide coaching and professional development training to security staff.

- Document security protocols and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Law, or a related field.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in cyber incident review, data breach response, eDiscovery, or related review operations.

- Minimum 2+ years of people management experience in a leadership role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Relativity and Canopy.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Experience managing large-scale review projects, client deliverables, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with Python, automation tools, Power BI, or workflow optimization technologies is highly desirable.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Demonstrated track record of driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and team development.

- Certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or equivalent are a plus.
