## Description

As an IT/OT Infrastructure & Security Manager, you will oversee and secure the infrastructure and control networks at the site. Your responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for IT/OT infrastructure and control networks

- Collaborating with IT/OT stakeholders to design and optimise network architecture

- Leading the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure projects

- Driving Information Security Management (ISM) compliance

- Managing port connectivity and voice gateways

- Implementing and managing the Honeywell Security System

- Scheduling and overseeing network iOS updates

- Managing the deployment and maintenance of wireless network switches and access points

- Leading the integration and optimisation of the control network

- Backing up team members in mobile device administration, thin client management, and historian trends

The ideal candidate will have:

- A BA/BS in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical education with 5 years of chemical manufacturing experience

- Broad and in-depth knowledge of digital systems

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills

- Working knowledge of security-related technologies such as firewalls and SIEM systems

- Knowledge of RCRA hazardous waste regulations

Preferred qualifications include widely recognised security certifications such as CISM or CISA.

The salary range for this role is $122,160.00 - $183,240.00, with additional compensation and benefits.
