## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Köln. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will work in our advisory centres, connecting with customers through digital channels and providing personalised advice on banking products.

**Job Summary** In our advisory centres, we combine modern, digital, and hybrid working worlds with personal customer advice. We focus on meeting our customers' needs and aim to provide the best possible service.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide customer advice via digital media (phone, video consultation, co-browsing, and email) on topics such as accounts, service, digitalisation, and product range.

- Sell personal loans (including insurance) and securities products, utilising your expertise in digital consulting.

- Conduct telephone appointments and consultations, focusing on sales-oriented advice.

- Contribute to team success through your sales and communication skills.

- Motivate and support colleagues by sharing your expertise.

**Requirements**

- Experience in team-based customer advice with a focus on digital private customer business.

- Knowledge of financial products, particularly personal loans and securities.

- Excellent communication and sales skills.

- Ability to work digitally, using tools such as phone, video consultation, and screen sharing.

- Certification in IDD and AnsFuG.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
