## Description

Join TransPerfect's Vendor Management team as an intern and support the production teams with vendor capacity needs. You will be involved in recruiting and onboarding new specialists, rate negotiation, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities:

- Search for new vendors and contact candidates

- Negotiate rates with vendors

- Set up new vendors in the Vendor Management systems

- Assist candidates with the certification process

- Ensure vendor information is up to date

Requirements:

- Enrolled in an educational institution with internship agreement

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Studies related to translation, linguistics, or similar is highly desirable

- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new platforms

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
