## Description

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compliance Systems Specialist to own the setup and day-to-day operation of their compounding compliance software.

The successful candidate will configure the system to document and track everything required by USP <795>, <797>, and <800>, train the compounding team, and report on compliance to pharmacy leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Configure compliance software to meet USP <795>, <797>, and <800> requirements

- Generate reports to demonstrate compliance

- Train compounding staff on software usage

- Run daily and monthly compliance reports

- Troubleshoot system issues and answer staff questions

Requirements:

- 3+ years of compounding experience

- Strong knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800>

- Current registration as a Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician

- Experience teaching or training others

- Analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Clear written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) or Certified Non-Sterile Compounding Technician

- Prior experience implementing compliance software

- Flexibility to work weekends or off hours
