## Description

We are seeking an EC Operations Manager to oversee the overall operation of products on third-party e-commerce platforms, including B2C and O2O platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing online marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve sales targets

- Collaborating with external e-commerce platforms to support business needs and innovate

- Enhancing the online brand value and competitiveness of products

- Managing product pricing, activities, and promotion fees on e-commerce platforms

- Analyzing data and providing insights to support business innovation

- Leading large-scale platform activities and projects

- Maintaining relationships with e-commerce platforms and internal teams

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field

- At least 3 years of e-commerce operation experience and 7-10 years of experience in the internet or pharmaceutical industry

- Strong execution ability, brand marketing planning, and market insight

- Excellent project management and coordination skills

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical websites, network promotion, and operation methods

- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
