## Description

We are looking for a committed, creative, entrepreneurial, experienced commercial lawyer to join our Legal team supporting Cisco's Sales in Germany and Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**

- Negotiate legal agreements for complex deals with major Enterprise and Public Sector customers in Germany and Switzerland.

- Provide guidance on data and security related topics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Apply Cisco legal and business policies and practices to maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.

- Serve as a business partner and advisor to the Sales business or segment lead, Finance, and Government Affairs.

- Engage in cross-functional projects as a legal subject-matter expert.

- Develop and deliver presentations/legal trainings on compliance and regulatory topics.

**Requirements**

- At least 5 years of commercial and corporate experience.

- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German; fluency in French or other European languages is a plus.

- Experience in supporting complex commercial contract negotiations for large enterprises and public/state-run entities.

- Extensive knowledge of technology contract matters, including intellectual property, software licensing, and data protection.

- Seasoned judgment to advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
