## Description

The Contract Management Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Legacy Tanker (KC-135, KC-10) Programs as well as contracts supporting aerial refueling commercial operators.

Responsibilities:

- Exercises signature authority and participates in negotiating and contracting for aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and licensing of intellectual property

- Presents and develops complex business solutions to preserve and expand the business

- Represents the company in external negotiations with diverse customers

- Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets, and administers complex contractual agreements

- Coordinates and partners with internal functional disciplines

- Summarizes complex contractual issues and develops creative solutions for risk mitigation

- Builds effective customer relationships

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating government contracts

- 5+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher
