## Description

The Quality Specialist role is part of the Mavens - Delivery team, ensuring high-quality cloud solutions for the life sciences industry.

As a Quality Specialist, you will strengthen and evolve the growing QA practice, focusing on quality across the software lifecycle, critical thinking, and scalable testing practices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Writing and maintaining manual and automated test scripts

- Executing test scripts with precision and accountability

- Analyzing and communicating test results and defects

- Partnering with internal teams to understand system features and quality expectations

- Supporting continuous improvement of testing frameworks and tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

- 3+ years of experience designing and executing automated test scripts for cloud-based software applications

- Experience with automated testing and test management tools such as Provar, Copado CRT, Jira, and Playwright

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Strong English verbal, written, and communication skills

Nice to have:

- Salesforce QA experience

- Life Sciences experience, particularly Pharmaceutical

- Salesforce Certification and consulting experience

- Experience interacting with AI agentic workflows

- ISTQB or equivalent certification
