## Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Institutional Cash & Trade (ICT) Korea team.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling a range of Cash Management and Trade Finance products to Financial Institutions in Korea.

Key responsibilities include:

- Selling cash management products (money transfer, liquidity, FX products) and trade finance products (LCs, guarantees, collections, FI Financing)

- Delivering on agreed sales objectives and upholding best-in-class client management and service levels

- Working with the Sales Lead to acquire new clients and execute the sales strategy

- Conducting Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews and on-boarding new customers

- Analyzing payments, trade flows, and internal MIS data to identify business opportunities

- Liaising with Product Management for new and innovative solutions

- Obtaining pricing or product offering approval from Regional/Country Head and Market Management

- Keeping dialogue with Credit Risk Management on determining credit lines for FIs

- Supporting the organization and management of client events

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of correspondent banking industry experience

- Degree-level education

- Sound product knowledge of cash management services and trade finance

- Solid awareness of regulation, compliance, and non-financial and business risks

- Ability to communicate the bank's strategy and ICT global business strategy

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build contacts at the appropriate level in target clients

- Native-level Korean and fluency in English required
