## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Silverlink Newcastle store. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours during the Christmas period, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

You will be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and ensuring customers feel valued. You will be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

As a team player, you will contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, adapt to changing demands, and work across various areas of the store. Flexibility and resilience are essential in this high-pressure role.
