## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Reinsurance Business Analyst. You will be responsible for facilitating annual business plan reviews, reviewing monthly reports, and preparing summaries to recap organic growth and new business wins.

Responsibilities:

- Revenue: financial reporting and monthly held book forecasts

- Pipeline: reviewing items captured in Compass and working closely with team leaders and account executives to build new business targets

- Brokerage Sharing: inventorying BSAs, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and developing best practices

- Best Practices/General: streamlining processes, communicating best practices, and liaising with North America Broking and Operations teams

Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in a business-related position

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Proactive, creative, and analytical thinker

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products

- Strong time management and project management skills
