## Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will provide administrative support to multiple leaders, think critically, and anticipate challenges in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will:

- Provide exceptional service to leaders and teams

- Manage multiple priorities and processes while staying up-to-date on the retail marketplace

- Anticipate leaders' needs and proactively solve problems

- Demonstrate confidentiality, flexibility, and exceptional time management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience

- 2+ years of administrative experience or similar experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- Experience using Microsoft Office is preferred

- Four-year degree preferred
