## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive the recruitment strategic direction, management, and development of the team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a healthy and professional agency force in HK, meeting the agent's manpower goal set by CAO, establishing a strong FWD Recruitment culture in Hong Kong, executing and monitoring effective Agency Recruitment campaigns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Building and managing a high-performing recruitment team

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the life insurance or banking industry, with a business degree or professional qualification in management. They will possess solid working experience in agency recruitment workflows, good understanding of agency operations and management issues, and excellent result-oriented and action-oriented skills.
