## Description

We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $18.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Our seasonal roles offer opportunities to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a consistent experience for our guests

- Stock, set, and sell Target products

- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

- Adapt to current technology needs and learn new skills

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely

Requirements:

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
