## Description

We are seeking a Project Leader to work on our service agreement with Vattenfall Eldistribution, focusing on maintenance of overhead line networks within the 40-130 kV voltage range.

As a Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating the best conditions for both technicians in the field and the organization, with a strong emphasis on safety, progress, engagement, and quality.

You will primarily work from your office but also spend time in the field, with travel being a natural part of the job. The work is independent, but you will need to focus on collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach to leadership, who can drive projects forward independently and has a strong commitment to their assignments. You should have:

- Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing

Merit-based qualifications include:

- Experience in the electrical or power industry

- Knowledge of materials used in 40-130kV applications
