We are seeking an experienced Client Services Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of Australian matters including regulatory, investigation, litigation, and eDiscovery engagements.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned Australian clients and matters.

- Build strong, trusted relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, government agencies, and consulting partners.

- Lead project kickoff meetings and provide ongoing client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proactively manage client expectations, risks, escalations, and changing requirements.

- Project Delivery:

- Manage multiple concurrent Australian projects, including investigations, regulatory reviews, litigation, arbitration, and data management engagements.

- Coordinate workflows across processing, hosting, review, productions, analytics, and technology teams.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk registers.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and deadlines.

- Drive successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.

- eDiscovery & Data Management:

- Work closely with technical teams on data collections, processing, hosting, review workflows, productions, and project closeout activities.

- Understand eDiscovery best practices and assist clients with workflow recommendations.

- Review project specifications and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.

- Assist clients with platform usage, reporting, and workflow optimization.

- Stakeholder Coordination:

- Work closely with Operations, Review Management, Technical Services, and Account Management teams.

- Participate in client service reviews and post-project lessons learned sessions.

- Support weekend and after-hours coverage requirements when necessary for critical Australian matters.

- Risk & Escalation Management:

- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.

- Escalate issues appropriately while driving ownership toward resolution.

- Maintain high standards of quality control and client satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications**

- 5+ years of project management, client services, legal technology, eDiscovery, litigation support, or professional services experience.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex client-facing projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working with legal, regulatory, investigation, or government-related matters.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience supporting Australian legal, regulatory, or investigation, public enquiry matters.

- Knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and industry best practices and working across global teams.

- Experience with platforms such as Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix, or similar technologies.
